{week in the life...day 5...
And today began the extreme decline in photos. Grrr..I always start out doing so good.
I woke up at 4am.
I was in the timber by 4:50 waiting on the turkeys to wake up. I love to hear them gobble. They are just so neat. I did have a rabbit and a few squirrels come out in front of me. Had a coyote at about 30 yards {he heard me take my safety off and was on his way}. About an hour later I had a tom come within 15 yards but he stepped out and do dice. He was back in the timber as quickly as he appeared.
Aaron got the boys on the bus and Ella to daycare and then came and joined me in the timber around 8:30. The wind just kept getting worse, but we stick it out until about 11:00. Didn't get to see anything else, but it's always fun when we finally get to be together just the two of us.
This is me post-hunt...empty handed...
We picked Ella up from daycare & picked up some Subway for lunch.
Ella and I both took naps after lunch. Yep, a little bit of heaven...nap time.
At about 4:30 Chase & I went up to Ella's daycare to volunteer for a few hours by helping set up for the carnival the next day. Coe went to a friends house so it was just Ella & daddy at home. She wasn't feeling the best, so I'm sure she loved hanging out just to two of them.
We picked up Happy Joes pizza for supper {yep, not a real heathly meal day.}
Off to bed. Another early day tomorrow.
And because that was just really boring I have a fun Bella Blvd layout for ya. :)
Supplies:
Making the Team: Borders, Cute Cuts, Alpha + Bits Stickers, Chipboard Icons, Miniatures Stickers
Sophisticates: Plum
Button Market: Text
Create a statement with a photo; print it BIG! My photo is 8x12. It has a good amount of white space which keeps the focus on the subject & leaves plenty of space to add embellishments and interest to your design. Add a bold title & well balanced clusters and it's a page design you can use over & over again!
{week in the life: day 4...
I'm playing catch up here. Thursday was a pretty busy day. I was off today, so it was time to catch up on a few things...
Watching the boys do chicken chores.
The boys head out for school & he have some toast & Jam for breakfast.
We're working on potty training and little miss ella is very independent when it comes to get her self dressed again...
Time for some cartoons with her babies...
While I work on some scrapbooking assignments...
Time for some chores...
Lunch time...yep, I'd rather eat breakfast foods at lunch or supper. I'm weird that way.
Ella went down for a nap and I enjoyed a cup of coffee and doing my daily blog & forum reads.
Got my things out for turkey hunting for the next morning.
When Chase woke up this morning, I noticed some dried blood on his eye lashes. He said he got a stick in his eye the night before but it didn't hurt. Even so, it made me nervous so with some help from Aunt Tina we made an appointment at the eye dr. I picked him up early from school and in the end everything checked out okay.
Back home and Coe got off the bus. I shot my shot gun a few times...
Coe had baseball practice, I ran with a friend, supper, baths & bed. No pics of all that sorry!

{week in the life: day three...+ jbs may sneaks...
jenni bowlin may kit sneaks
Welcome to day three of the Week in the Life Project!
Good Morning! {a view from our back deck}
Chase was much happier this am...mommy let the tooth fairy in last night...
Scrabbled eggs for Ella & the boys...
Smoothie for me...
{note: I saw the idea on Pinterest, but for my yogurt I freeze it ahead of time in a muffin tin so I can add it to my baggie of fruit & simply dump it in the blender and add skim milk. So easy!}
Coffee & smoothie...it's what gets me moving...
Boys on the bus & ella to daycare...
{will update later tonight!}
Well it was another day at work. Nothing major to report, except it's my FRIDAY!!!
I registered for this race today...
We had a friend and his two kiddos stop by after work. They are so cute & I couldn't resist adding them into our week in the life...
The boys love to play down here. This is what the boys call their "fort". They have spent hour upon hour down here!
Sorry "b" I couldn't resist. Your mommy did a wonderful job painting your nails. Hee!
Off to ball practice for Chase & a run with a friend for me...
4.4 miles tonight!
Darn a miss {LOL}
I picked up tacos for supper after practice. Yum!
