I'm lovin the ruffling technique that is so popular right now, cause it's so simple but adds some fun to a layout or card. For this layout I used the gift bags by cutting one up to make a long single piece. Ran it through my Xyron 900...
...which made the entire back side sticky, making it much easier to create the ruffles.
Easy!
I also used the Chip Art - Bluebird Lowercase Alphabet Stamps to create part of my title. But, I actually stamped with them in ink on a painted piece of the Chip Board Shapes...
A close up of the finished Chip Art Piece...
And the completed layout!

Cool techniques. Thanks for sharing. And great page.
WAY cool!
Love the tutorial, Megan!
Very fun page!! Did you make the sunburst looking section or is that a piece of patterned paper? I LOVE it!!
I did make the sunburst part of the page by just layering different gcd & sassafras pattern papers.
Love, love, love this!
