{play like a boy...

I've been wanting to try misting for awhile now, so when Scrapbooks etc. had a tutorial about using Stampin' Up! ink refills to make your own with water and a spray bottle, I thought yes; I have a ton of those! I used letter masks by Tim Holtz and my homemade "night of navy" mist. It was fun and I did use a hair dryer to dry because I'm not a waiting kind of girl. It did result in the paper curling on the corners a bit, so I attached the whole layout to another 12x12 piece of cardstock to sturdy it up.
I have lots of practice and playing to do before I am a master mister!
Check out this great misting tutorial by the amazing Maggie Holmes. She'll have you hooked!

{The punched circle with the letters that I used on this page and the last is punched from the back of the basic grey chipboard letters package.}
