Yesterday was their first time in the sprinkler for this year...
...ella acted as if she'd ran through it before... anything to keep up with her big brothers...



Chase lost his two front teeth...bring on the chicklets!



Today was the boys' last day of school! These two are 2nd & 3rd graders! Yikes!



I took up running again and am doing my first 5k walk/run on Saturday...
{My only goal is to cross the finish line.}



And with suppers like this made by my personal chef {hubby}...I have to do something!

{teacher mini....

I had the honor of creating this fun little mini for a local teacher who is retiring from our local school. It was filled with comments from past students, parents, & fellow teachers. What a fun project this was to work on! I loved that I got to dig out some of my "older" supplies and put them to good use.

I fell in love with the new CHA-W release {Countryside} from Studio Calico the moment I saw it! I finally had a chance to get it in my hands and put some glue & ink on it today! Yay!







I combined it with pieces from the May kit and it worked great!

{school is in session...

The dt over at GCD Studios is having a ball "playing school" with a few of us returning gals. We're all learning so much about design, photography, and getting to know one another. Before I head off to finish grading my "students", I thought I'd share a few peeks of what I've been working on for class...

It's gone from cold & rainy straight to 80 degree weather here in the midwest. Don't get me wrong, I'm SO glad to be done with the cold, but 70s would be just perfect and I don't want to miss out on the beauty of these...
