It's officially midnight here in the midwest, so here's my first submission for the 31 day challenge. I wanted to create a check list to keep myself on track for the challenge. I mounted it on chipboard so I could keep is standing next to my computer and keep me motivated. Happy 2009 all!

{The Night Before Christmas scrapper style...
Twas the night before Christmas, I'm glued to the tree.
I'm wondering what Santa brought just for me.
Could it be cardstock or chipboard or lace?
Or a Xyron Wishblde, I said, with a smile on my face.
And that's when I heard him,
"Hi Santa, " I said
"You know....good little girls
should be in their beds."
"I know I should Santa,
and now I've got caught.
But I was just so excited
To see what you brought."
"Well, let's take a look
in this room where you work.
He shook his head quickly,
And left with a jerk.
I heard him exclaim
as he put it in gear.
"You've got enough crap,
I'll see you next year!"
(Found this on the IRW site~ loved it and had to share!)

{Coming soon...
If you follow my blog, you know I participated in ali edwards' "a week in my life" a few weeks ago. I have since been collecting the "just right" goodies to start my book. {Thank you to Christina for pointing me in the direction of the Cosmo Cricket : Hello Sunshine papers and goodies.} So, I am showing a sneak peek of those goodies and will hopefully be getting my book going real soon. Christina and I are doing a "products challenge" together and are going to be creating our books using most of the same products. I can't wait to see what she comes up with. If you want to join in, post a link in the comments and show us what you're doing with the Hello Sunshine goodies too!

{Imaginisce...snowy jo goodies...
For the braclet, I took their awesome brads and removed the back (brad) part and glued them to a bracelet. Sorry, I don't know who the braclet is by. I've seriously have had it for probably 5 years! :0) Love when I can finally do something with my little finds.
Love their stuff! Check it out here:

{The Golden Apple Award...
I was totally inspired by a layout that I saw at a local scrapbook store (scrapaganza)...thought it would be perfect for all Coe's golden apple awards. I created the pocket by simply cutting a slit into the apple bg paper. Paper is DCWV...love it!!!

{Xyron Rocked these Cosmo: Get Happy Goodies...
Metal Hanging Board:
I used the Xyron 510 and PCS (basics books) to create the pieces for this metal board. By using the 510 laminating cartridge I was able to create a dry erase board for friends to leave notes. The quote bubble, arrow and photo were all ran thru the 510 with the magnet cartridge so they can be moved around the board as you'd like. I then added small magnet pieces to the back of each button.
