Here in the midwest, the days are getting longer and the temperatures are slowly beginning to raise. The more green the grass becomes, the more excited I get about the blooming flowers that will soon follow.
There's one particular flower that I always look forward to. It's my little rose bush that resides right next to our front door. My sisters and I each received this special bush after our grandfather passed away in 2007. I shot the photo a few years back and it remains one of my faves to this day.



I was so excited when I opened up my box of GCD Studios goodies. The little {cabochons} and the {crepe paper garland} from the Fun House collection were perfect for my rose bush page!

One thing I love about Sassafras is how their lines can be mixed & matched so perfectly. The colors...the designs...they just melt me...

This picture is definately one I will be scrapbooking soon! I just love the interaction between these two! It's adorable. They are the best of cousins and will grow up to be wonderful friends for sure...

Another boy page! Can you believe it?
I got on such a girl kick with scrappin Ella that I felt like it had been forever since I did something for the boys. It's not that I don't want to scrap them, it's just that ella isn't quite as quick about getting away from the camera just yet.
So, the other day I asked to take a few pics of the boys before we went to their Spring Art Night at school. And, no big surprise; this is what I got from Chase...



I fell in LOVE with this new line by Crate Paper when they released it at Winter CHA and when I found out that my LSS {Scrapaganza} had it in, I snatched up every bit!





I have so much more to play with and can't wait to dig in!

I received my April Studio Calico kit last night and was excited to dive right in! In addition to the main kit; which I loved, I knew I needed the {Tap Dance} add-on! It's so girly & fun, and who could resist that Herringbone background stamp?
So, I was determined to create a "not-so-girly-at-all" layout with it.
This layout about my oldest is a mix of the two kits.
