I was so inspired by Heidi V's "not just a star" card last month that I wanted to challenge myself to "think outside the box" and use something as it wasn't meant to be.

I love these fun chipboard wings and a set of them just screamed {clouds} to me.





Using the new Chipboard Art Tool by Melody Ross, I added a bit of texture to my "clouds"...



added them to my layout...



a whole new look for these set of wings...

I am lovin these new Spring tags frpm ShabbyChicCrafts and how versatile they are! I keep finding myself grabbing for the date/place lace borders! My new fav!

I used them here on my everyday page and I love how these tags go so perfectly with the dear lizzy line! LOVE!



...and a quick page about the apple blossoms from our apple tree back in our timber...



...plus, these tags also work great on summer pages too!

This months gcd studios' theme was to incorporate these fun little dolls...



I started searching for inspiration at one of my favorite spots...etsy.com! I found this perfect little image by kristenpowersink ... and complete with an owl! {So perfect since ella's room is decorated in owls.}



I used photoshop and printed them on the {Sunny Pinwheels paper from the Ava Collection} to create a custom paper for my layout....



So simple and fun...where do you find your inspiration?
